1

Paint your message

Whether it’s a word of encouragement, a symbol of strength, or a beautiful design, your rock will carry your message out into the community.

2

Distribute

Place your rock in a public space where it can be discovered by others. Parks, walking trails, or community centers are great spots.

3

Share your support

Take a picture of your rock and tag @tidesofchangenw on Instagram and Facebook and #SurvivorsRock
